- Hey everyone, What started as a small NFL prediction side project a few months ago gradually turned into a full end-to-end analytics platform, and I finally feel like it's ready to share. The idea was to build the whole pipeline myself rather than just train a model in a notebook: collect and transform NFL data, engineer pre-game features, train and validate models, generate weekly predictions, compare them with betting markets, and automatically publish everything to an interactive web app.
