- Hey everyone! I wanted to share a new website I'm building to fix the biggest problem with star ratings. When every place has 4.5 stars, it’s impossible to tell what's actually good. To solve this, this site has a "rating budget." As a user, you only get a limited number of top scores to give out (ten 5-stars, twenty-five 4.5-stars, and fifty 4-stars).
