An app to show most loved restaurant and menu item per ethnicity

As a foodie in a culturally diverse country, I always want to find out "Chinese food most visited by Chinese", "Indian food most loved by indian families", "taco shop most loved by Mexican families". Google and Yelp has a lot of reviews but i cant filter by customer demographic or language of the review. Just wanted to know if you guys think this would be useful for foodies.
