Over the last year I've tried quite a few uptime monitoring services for my own projects. Some were really good, but they were either packed with features I didn't need, or if I wanted monitoring from multiple regions, the pricing started climbing pretty quickly. For small projects and side projects, it just didn't make much sense. I wanted something that was simple.
